Westover-Kings Heights

Locally  known as  Kings Heights, Westover is located just west of the Nob Hill neighborhood. Most homes have a view of Mt Hood or Downtown. Locals enjoy visiting the  Hillside Community Center and the historic Pittock Mansion. Mostly built in the early part of the 20th century, the housing stock features large urban estate homes with little yard space. The neighborhood features very hilly terrain with easy access to shopping and dining in the Alphabet District, Downtown and the Pearl District. Local parks include Hillside Park and Mountain View Park.
