Piedmont

Piedmont neighborhood is in the North/Northeast section of Portland. It is surrounded by the neighborhoods of Sunderland, Woodlawn, King, Humboldt, Arbor Lodge and Kenton. Portland’s original subdivision is now the ideal urban village that runs alongside the Max light rail train allowing for a convenient commuting to downtown Portland. With a dynamic mixture of young families, singles and local old-timers neighbors share a bond of supporting community. Piedmont has two parks, Farragut City Park and Peninsula Park Rose Garden, one of Portland’s oldest.
